"FOCUS" and "NOTHING LEFT" are songs by VANITY and KINGJAY that both speak to the listener letting them know that VANITY has gone through hard times, having a better time, and in is "[locking] in" on his passion which is making music and usually involves KINGJAY giving VANITY that guidance and advice in such songs leading VANITY to ask the hard questions again in a new light.
